Mixing winny and hexadex 450 for a girl?

Any advice I can tell my friend about combining both of these??
Also she is taking 10mg anavar a day.... Any one have advice in these?

I am pinning 750mg hexadex 450 a week, what expected growth am I looking at? I am thinking about adding 20mg anavar a day to this routine... N.O explode 2.0 as a pre work out cellmass at night and true mass 6 scoops twice a day......
I'm 6'1" 220lbs very lean SUPER high metabolism..... Wanna gain size but not fat......... Any advice is welcome....
