Try this, Batch 1 : get 5 hard boiled egg whites, 2 scoops of whey ( vanilla or choc), some natural peanut butter.
Put em in the blender and blend the shit out of it. Batch 2 : Cook oats separately.
then add the first batch to the oats. tastes like pudding with oats in it ( i like my oats half cooked btw).
Fast and convinient cuz I make first batch the nite before...just pour it in the oatmeal...add some milk to that and it would be liquid enough to drink it down instead of using the spoon ...tons of protein in that. and it fills you up.
Good stuff when you are in a hurry all the time.
