I want to stick with training each body part once a week - its what ive had best results with
Would it be beneficial if i change the exercises around sets/-reps around every 2-3 weeks? so keep giving the body something different
like first 2 weeks i would do flat bench 3x8, incline dumbell 4x6, flyes 3x10, dips 3x8
then next 2 weeks flat bench 5x5, incline db 3x8, crossovers 3x12
thats just an exmaple (not exact what i would be doing)
is this type of training worth it? or is it pointless.. like i should just stick with the same thing for cycle (12 weeks or so) and change it up after that
