Im looking for a chest/shoulder/tri workout that I could do maybe once a month to shock my muscles to help out on bench press. Does anyone have a certain workout they do only once and awhile?
My normal work out already consists of :
BB bench, 4 sets of 6
Incline bench, 4 sets of 6
Incline DB flys, 4 sets of 10
Dips, 4 sets of 10 slowly
BB skullcrushers, 4 sets of 10
Standing over head press - 3 sets of 5
Sitting military BB press- 4 sets of 6
