On topic, dwi/dui in Colorado have also gone up dramatically. Just because weed is legal, doesn't mean you can drive under the influence. Tons of arrests have been made for impaired driving due to teh kush.

In the first half of the year last year there were 112 arrests for marijuana out of total 1324 arrests for DUI.


This year now that it's legal in the exact same time frame there has only been 197 out of 1311 total DUIs
