Anybody go to the show? Uh...I need to be bigger. Bigger and leaner. lol. The dude who won was telling me he trained twice a day and took a month off of work to train for this one - it paid off cause he took the overall and if you ask me, he looked phenomenal. I did not care for the way most of the other guys that beat me looked though - I prefer a symmetrical look rather than amassive one.

I knew it would be a competitive show with it leading into provincials and nationals and so a lot of guys would be trying to pick up their qualifiers but damn. Lots of dialed in dudes.

Thanks dude. I weighed in at 190 but could have def been drier. I'm an inch or so under 6' I think.

Hey Nathan you looked good the guy that won your class condition was just sick that whole class was beyond impressive how many great looking bodies there were. One thing I think you had over most of thiose guys was a tight small waist keep building you will get there for sure.

Thanks QT. Are those pics all of the level 1 heavies? I bounced with the dude who placed second and had been telling him since like 3 years ago to get on stage already. The guy is fucking massive. He looked really good though.

I competed in the level 2 light heavies. I wish someone had pics of the rest of the guys in my weight class - the winner looked awesome and got picked up by musceltech after his level 1 six months ago.
