that's a 20" wheel. In order to fit that much wheel under your ranger your going to have to go with a lower profile tire. So your basically going to have more wheel and less tire. Which is fine, but I thought you wanted to off road?

i thought with the 20 i could still get a little bit thicker rubber...kinda the best of both worlds

You can do it yourself...Enter in your current tire size, and what size tire/wheel your going to replace it with, and it will tell you the new size. Its a good tool if you want to keep it close to stock (so you don't throw your speedo off)

The 22's on my car are exactly the same size rotating mass as the stock 16's

no worries...I'll only be able to figure out what is closest to stock size. You need to measure how much more clearence you have to go bigger.

Yeah, he has like a 4 inch weener so I wouldn't imagine a rubber much bigger than that.

That tire will make your new tire .1% slower than the stock size, which won't even register on your speedo. You can see how much smaller of a sidewall your going to have to run in order to keep everything the same. Any bigger and you will throw your speedo off.

To go about 3" bigger on the diameter means that when your speedo is reading 60mph, your actually traveling 66.3mph or 10.5% to slow
