Mine before and after pictures

Whats happenin fellas!
So here are my before and after pictures, they are all 6 months apart

I weighed 144 pounds in the first picture, Took it the first day i went to gym. The under shirt I'm wearing in this is the same in both pictures, just wanted to see if i would fit in. Yeah i saved it just for this lol

again, the same shirt, i remember when i first got it, it was actually too big for me so i ended up just putting it somewhere and never wore it, but it fits perfect now.

I do have before picture of me without shirt but its somewhere on other computer so i will defiantly post it if i ever find it. I remember my parents always telling me that i will never get big.


Now i got few questions, should i keep bulking or start cutting now??
Body fat is at 10% rite now and weight is 168 pounds, height is 6'1"

first off congrats on the 20lb weight gain in 6 months, very impressive - naturally i assume

now not to be a dick but c'mon do you really think you need to cut up right now at your stature - put another good 20 lbs on :RADAR

well when i first started my goal was about 165 pounds now its 180 cause its just something about keep getting big and big. I honestly didn't think i was gonna gain weight that fast. I might actually just hit 190 pounds and then just stay there for a while.

and i honestly did inject 250mg of Sustance just once but then i posted here and i was told not to take em cause of my age so i just stopped and starting eating 5 times a day, everything that came in my view i would just start eating it (food)

I think he said that because in your pic at a glance it looks like it says gangsta, or maybe I'm wrong and he's thinking that for some other reason :whatever:

keep bulking or start cutting you ask ?

I would keep bulking add 60- 70 lbs over the next 4-5 yrs get up to around 230 -240lbs
then lean out
 
To the original poster: Wow, you really look a lot different! Your chest has improved a ton as well as your arms!

I bet you'll feel great this summer now that you have muscles!

Since you are natural it would be a good idea to cut down a bit 2-3 months no longer, then your body will be more anabolic as it will be leaner, then go into a nice bulk from there. If you keep bulking, and bulking your body will more then likely store fat rather then keep gaining the muscle you are looking for.

But if you decide to lean down, Don't do a drastic lean. Make sure you are getting enough protein/carbs/fats in each meal. And really make sure you have a good breakfast and post workout. Breakfast can be 3/4 cup oatmeal + 1.5 scoop protein. Post workout can be 1.5 scoops gatorade + 2 scoops protein.

this might be an issue if he had been bulking for the past 3-4 yrs. since hes only been lifting for 6 months, has been making good gains, and only weighs 165 lbs at 6' i dont think gains are ready to stall out yet. especially since he probably doesnt have his diet and training down to a science yet. if anything he probably needs to dial his diet and training in IF hes starts to stall. hes got a bit of a ways to go before he should even condsider a cut.......
