Peanut butter, the ALL NATURAL kind, is A-o.k... last I checked, there's no milk in it .

I have to give milk repsect though its easy to drink on the go unlike shakes and its also very cheap which take all that mixing etc although the sugar in it is a downer. I normally drink about three pints a day of skimmed milk myself
