Sorry guys
I don't normally jump into these arguments, but this time I feel I have a place.
I was acne prone when I was younger, and still am very acne prone.
Any doctor that says food doesn't bring it on is full of shit.
Now, I avoid candy bars, potato chips, pop, greasy food, fast food etc because I now realize that that shit is just bad for the body.
I have also noticed that when i avoid those things, I have no trouble with acne flareups.
But, if I devour those very things, on come the little red creatures.
So, take it from a person prone to ance - what you eat CAN bring on acne.
p.s. I am saying no on the dairy because I LIVE off dairy, for the most part, and have no troubles.
