wellit ain't freeweight but it has the same machien weight liek gyms but its mostly for my girl so mayb i'll buy a bench tohave on the side for me ;-) otherwise this systme looks good but i'll have to go see it at sports authority to make sure its not made shitty.

if you even suspect that it will be used, PICK ANOTHER BRAND!
I bought one years back when I got started. You will very quickly outgrow it. They are not adjustable enough for anyone over 5'8". They wear out quickly. Their engineering skills are non existant.
Other than that, they are a not worth it.

Bro do not waste your money! Weider has never made a good product, EVER! His supplements suck also!
The Bowflex is good and safe, has all the other attachments that is needed...

I agree...i did a search on the web for a squat rack and my pick was from NewYork barball co. so i ordered it for the gym...do some searching i owned a weider system yrs ago not built anything like commercial stuff!!! RADAR

hewlet, avoid weider, their shit is so fucking shot. your never lifting against the weight, your lifting against the machine itself. the machine is the weight your lifting, because it seems to misplace the weight you put on it... i swear, your not going to struggle with the weight, your going to struggle with the machine. my friend has the pec dec for it, and it's a waste of money and the effort to set it up.. dont fall for the gig.

My first bench I bought it when I was 14, and it was a damn Weider 300 home bench press
AND IT PRACTIALLY KILLED ME!!!!!!!!!! the damn bar holder brooke when I was below it. ouch

I bought a Olympic bench and a adjutable bench with olympic plates barbell etc...

Cost me an arm but my basement if more equiped that some gym
