Alright, I must warn you the lighting isn't that great and I had to take these myself (my old lady is out of town). The onw with the ocean behind me is pre-cycle. I have more fat on me than I would like prob at around 10-12 but that's the name of the bulking game.

I think we tend to just look at what we don't like about ourselves and miss all the strides we make!

dayyuumm that sucks, you can't exactly hide it either. I can't even tell you how many people knew I was juicing when I was on, I put on 35lbs in twelve weeks, lol. At least I know I can't hide it very well unless I half ass it, which I have a problem with.
