Mid Cycle Injury

Hi: I am currently on a 10 week cycle of sust and winstrol. I had a minor accident on my motocross bike on Saturday. Basically ended up hitting the ground with my head and then shoulder..pretty hard.

Indications are that I bruised the area over the bone and strained my trap on the left side. I probably need a week to recover.

My thoughts are to continue with the cycle, rest, eat well, etc. I am hoping that as this happened mid cycle, taking a week off from lifting will not be too detrimental.

I'm pretty bummed because I am up 15 solid pounds already.

Your thoughts?

I would definitely stay on the cycle. It sounds like your legs are fine, move to the machines and work legs. You can also work arms, still.

I have a partially-torn rotator cuff, mid-cycle, so my legs are getting massive (they needed some work, anyway)... :) I do some very isolated arms lifts, as well. The test will only help speed your recovery. Best of luck, man!

if your doc told you that you would only be off a week. keep hitting the gear the same as if you didn't have the injury. this way when you can start working out again you won't have to build your hormone levels again.

just take it easy. if it hurts when you start training again then stop. if you make the injury worse, you will be off longer.
 
DAMN IT!!... I strained my traps on Wednesday when I was pushing the LAST rep of heavy shoulder presses.... my mind slipped and lost the concentration and got fxxked!!!... it was so bad I couldn't even move my head backward... the whole traps just froze up!!....

Went to an acupressure master for two treatments... excellent acupressure massage.... and of course Chinese herbal bandage.

Still a bit tight on this 3rd day after the injury. Will go back to the gym tomorrow and work on arms... don't want to waste any of the deca running in my body!!
