currently on test c 500mg/week just started week 9 of a 12 week cycle altho i have enough to run 16weeks
im at 210lbs right now, about 15% bf. debating if i should keep bulking through this cycle or if i should cut calories, throw in some cardio and try to cut up. im 6'3 so not a huge 210, but really lacking definition so im kinda stuck on what to do.
