Microwavable foods that are high in protein?

Yarg!

Sometimes I dont want to cook so I usually eat something out of the can. I found that some microwavable foods can be very high in protein. Here are some that I found:

Stag Chilli 425g can= 28 grams of protein
Tuna 133g can= 24grams of protein
Campbell's chunky beef 540ml can= 18 grams of protein
I eat about 2 cans per meal sometimes and drink 2 classes of milk after, so I get around 50 grams of protein per meal( milk is 8.5 grams per cup).
I also eat these meatballs from safeway that have around 14 grams of protein per 4 ( I eat around 16 per sitting).

What are some microwavable foods that you find to be rich in protein?

Well, i love to cook my foods.... So i don't really do the microwave...

But I do eat canned chicken breast - with a dash of hot sauce or by itself.

There are some Budget Gourmet - Manicotti things. They are 1.00$ each, and they taste awesome... They have 11gs each in them (not exactly a perfect food, but it's good to eat a few every so often as a treat)

I like campbells chilli and the chunky beef soups,I almost live off of that and tuna because I am so poor

I bought a sh*t load of healthy choice microwavable dinners yesterday. They look real good (content). Various meals have anywhere for 20-30 grams of protein.

My fellow brethren of horrible cooks, we must join together! Going to eat some canned tuna, meatballs and chicken now for dinner. yum :)

Eggs.........entertaining waiting for them to explode everywhere.

Been there done that SEVERAL times, Dutch!

I bought this micro-wave poacher for my eggs. It's microwave safe---You put a tsp. of water in each compartment then cook on high for a minute. Works like a charm! NO MESS EITHER!

Try cooking up several meals on the weekend, Yarg! You can freeze 'em then nuke 'em during the week. I know, I know, it takes a lot of work and prep, but think of all the time you'll NOT have to worry about what's for dinner during the week!
