Got stuck installing MS VS 2010 on a computer.

I've been at it for the last 2 hours (literally).

Install -> Reboot -> Install -> Reboot... ad nauseum.

So I go to my Win7 machine to type a post giving you guys crap and it locks up.

Then I downloaded JMF 2.1, installed it into netbeans and it fired-up first time.

It's just the micro-crap stuff.

1) How would one even go about doing this so that it has a chance of getting to him.

2) WTF would you even put inside of it that guy either doesn't already have or wouldn't be able to procure within seconds with a mere nod of his head or snap of his fingers.....??


It would have to be something one off....unique and entertaining. Something his money "could" buy him if he thought of it....but hasn't. Can anyone give me...I mean does anyone have any ideas for this purely hypothetical excercise?

I had the VS debugger fire-up and ask me if I wanted to debug... wait for it... wait for it... VS.

They didn't have a button that said: "No Thanks, That's Impossible Because Our Code Base Is So Horribly Confounded" so I just clicked on "No" instead.

Good times!

Of course you can't confuse quality with market success....but as a Libertarian you know the people have spoken I've had clients that demanded I write them a steaming pile of shit based on the requirements set forth by their own IT staff against my advice but if you pay me to write some shit...I'll write some shit with an "I told you so" addendum and don't blame me disclaimer to sign.

From an evolutionary standpoint the success of McDonalds and other fast food makes total sense...You may die in your fifties from a fast food diet but by then you are incapable of procreating, as a female, and you can raise a massive family on $1.00 cheeseburgers and a welfare check...after all...the larger the family...the bigger the welfare check.
