Anyone try this stuff,supposed to naturally increase Human Growth Factors and IGF-1 "precursers",I am a skeptic,this type of suppliment legit?I am only 29 and in pretty darn good shape,IF it did work...would i need it?

Even assuming it would increase them it wouldn't have an effect on your physique. Even exogenous GH is needed in high doses and is most effective with insulin when used for bodybuilding. You have plenty of GH at your age anyway.
