mg/ml to CC conversion

Okay... I'm waiting for the digital slap already for my stupidity....

I guess, like they say, the only stupid question is the one not asked, though.

What is the proper conversion of ml to mg to cc?

My best friend is the guru and I just go along for the ride when it comes to him prepping the sticks.

therefore if a substance is 250mg/ml than 1cc = 250mg.
