Now all MetRx products have "Metamyosin" listed as an ingredient but the proteins are different depending on the product. Plus, the proteins are the cheap variety such as SOY and Collagen.

Yes, and what you missed is that they coined this term "Metamyosin" so that it contains ALL of the protein in the product lumped into one single ingredient this way they can label it as the number 1 ingredient on all products instead of corn syrup or maltodextrin (cheap sugars), etc.....

personally love met rx for taste and results. though they do have some cheap proteins my body responds much better to the blends than the straight whey. also they have different products offering different results thus the different types of proteins.

I don't know about their powder mixes, but I tried their french vanilla RTD and it was one of the most awful things I ever tasted. I threw it out after a few sips it was just horrendous.

Yep. Remember it used to come in two containers... one container the "activator" and the other container the "base".

Remember, you had to mix the two.

Yes I remember those days well, I've heard over the years that the original Met Rx contained traces of clen, that would make alot of sense because remember how ripped that you would get on it. Also at the time Bill Phillips was the sole distributor of met rx and was an advocate of clen

Who remembers the first few batches of Hot Stuff, that shit shot your strength up noticeably. I also heard from a few knowledgeable bros in the industry that the first batches contained methyl test powder, now I don't know this as fact but I suspect that it may be true.
