If I recall correctly nolva while on progestin based hormones aggravate gyno. Check to be sure, I know you shouldn't take nolva while on 19-nor or dienelone. I am doing cardio right now so I could be mistaken haha
Yes the day after the Tren is out of your system. Nolva upregulates progesterone receptors in your prostate and tren and 19nor or nandrolones aggrivate that which may/probably will cause gyno.
