I know alot of yall do not like methyltest but i am asking this question for a stubborn friend. He wants to know can should take 10 mg in the morning and 10mg 1 hr before he works out in the evening ......as opposed to 2 10mg pills 1 hour before exercise?????????
If this is the old methyltest, I would say "neither". But thats just my opinion. If it's methy-1, you might try asking on the supp board, just because I think that's were a lot of threads were moved to.
