Has anyone tried this stuff? It seems to be a big hit at my gym nowadays, and I do see people making good gains with it. I've done a little research on the product, and it seems to be relatively safe. Dosages are recommended anywhere from 20-40 mg per day. Also people say to take four weeks off after four weeks on with milk thistle being the "off" supplement.
