Does anybody know what class this drug falls into? Schedule 1,2 or other.

What are the importation laws of this drug to Canada? My friend was thinking of getting a small supply. Is it allright to import for personal use(under 3 month supply) even w/o prescription? What are the ramnifications if one should have their supply(very small, around 200 tabs) confiscated by customs? Will they just take it away, or will more severe form of punishment be issued?

If it is not scheduled does that mean you could import for personal use(no prescription) with no problems from customs?
