After my meet I am going to implement many of their training ideas. It wont be MM in the pure sense but it will be close I hope.
 
if you're a 3-lift lifter, it may be a little too much volume to squat/dead twice a week plus the assistance work for it.

argent, you have the right idea. i would just do the main bench,shirt, and board work, but rarely do the incline/decline, etc
