I haven't seen you posting much lately but I just wanted to wish you luck with you last week of contest prep and of course for the day of the show. Go kick some ass :) !

thanks, started a new job last week, so between that and the training, not much time, not to mention, moody as hell sometimes. But saw Laura yesterday, weighed in at 203lbs and she said there is no fat left, just the water. So right now I am entering the depleting stage, training 7 days in a row, which leaves me pretty depleted by the last workout on wed(like carb depleting but my carbs stay the same). The I get the start carb loading thurs, and fat loading on fri
I'm just happy I dont have any more fat to lose, takes off a lot of stress

Sweet, must be a relief to have someone tell you your on track instead of letting your mind play tricks on you. You sould be right at or near the top of your class we look foward to hearing the results.

and brings out the vascularity, but since you arent really drinking any water, you dont spill over and go soft

here are a few pics from sunday, just screwing around with a new camera, they were at the end of the day, so not dry at all(up about 4lbs at least from the morning), and no pump, but they give you kind of an idea. I do look leaner in person, on sat laura(trainer) said I had cross striations in quads, and thats still with all my water, but you get the idea.
btw, the pic with my son was actually a few weeks ago, but I cant resist putting up a pic of him too.....

i havent seen you since you were about 220 in person. you look the same size except a shit load leaner. it amost makes me want to diet.....ALMOST.

thanks, I'll believe that when I see it....

as for water, started aldactone today, but eating normally, including sodium, pretty much all week, cut my water thurs before bed, and only get about a litre on friday

The hunger sucks dieting, but not worse than the thirst on Friday and Saturday.

I've done hungry for 5 months now, time for something new....and at least thirst involves, cheese cake, peanut butter, steak, etc

Since starting the diuretic monday, I am down 2-3lbs already, still drinking lots of water and eating lots of sodium, so when I cut my water I should be pretty damn dry

actually saw myself with a pump after training today in the gym mirrors, first time in 6 weeks at least, and normally I am never the least bit happy with the way my body looks, but this time even I was impressed..
Hopefully I dont do anything stupid with my diet in the next fews days, and ruin it(I have had unbelievable cravings for stuff with dairy in it, the calories dont worry me, but I have heard it can do funny things with water retention....)

I was going to wish you good luck... but it sure as hell doesn't seem like you need it!! You'll destroy your competition whomever it might be I'm sure!! Lookin pretty *uckin dialed in bro!! Kill 'em on stage! Your an inspiration to us all that have dreams of competing.

That is absolutely true! You think the dieting sucks, but when you haven't drank anything in 24 hours that is suffering right there. It will test you.

I love when people say "What's the first thing you want to have after the show?" and I say WATER. THey look at you like WTF, no clue if yo've never done it.
