Ok, here they are. The first pics were taken on December 30, 2005, the second set April 8, 2006 and the third set, today, May 7, 2006. I didn't really clean up my diet until 19 days ago, after my Easter "celebration" so the third set of pics really demonstrate a 3 week comparison span.

Progress since December is more noticeable though lately I think it can be fair to say that my a$$ has certainly tightened up.

I'm looking forward to the next three weeks and seeing what else I can do - I'll post up some more at the end of May

I know exactly what you mean! I've experienced this a lot, when you cram so much crap into your mouth without even thinking about what you're doing until afterwards.

But Monday was the opposite, I was too afraid to eat for fear of a food fit! So I ate nothing. I don't know what is worse :worried:

(But that still makes me alcohol free ;) )

Meal 1 - 1 cup whites, 1 yolk, 1 apple
Meal 2 - 1 apple, 1oz almonds
Meal 3 - 3oz turkey, ½ avocado, 1 cup spinach
Meal 4 - 5oz turkey, ½ sweet potato
Meal 5 - 3 scoop whey

AM Cardio – elliptical w/ arms on random profile intervals @ level 5 75rpm

No weights

Calories - 1567
Protein - 145g 38%
Carbs - 108g 25%
Fat - 66g 36%
Fibre - 25g


Uneventful day, busy at work. Very hungry and very tired so I'm going to bed now.
 
OK, after looking at everyone's pics, I have decided that I would the following body:

Badgergrl's arms
Scorpio's chest
Bunny's lats
IP's abs
Miss 24k's quads
sbt's calves

Yup, a pretty darn good bod there I think ;)

Oh Treil, I wasn't discriminating against anyone else, I was being silly as usual. It goes with the territory for me this week, struggling to accept me for who I am. Looking at everyone's pics really helps me though - I am amazed at how different we all are yet we are all beautiful in our own way. Your latest quote in your log is a perfect example of that and I really needed to read that this morning :) :heart:

Off to the gym - AM cardio.
 
Mermaid is tired and overworked! Just got home 8pm, argued with boss this afternoon, will have to work this weekend. I'm going to try and wangle working from home tomorrow and then I might be able to get some decent gym time too.

Meal 4 - 1 apple, 1oz almonds, 3 gluten free coconut cookies
Meal 5 - 1 cup whites, 1 yolk, 1 cup spinach

AM Cardio – 20 mins elliptical w/ arms on random profile intervals @ level 5 75rpm

No weights

Calories - 1465
Protein - 127g 34%
Carbs - 144g 37%
Fat - 49g 29%
Fibre - 33g


At least I got some AM cardio in. I'll be able to catch up with weights this weekend. It's budget time at work - just really crazy.
