Men Have No Rights...The sequel

Would have posted this in the earlier thread, but it had descended into some bad name-calling. But for all those people who believe that tales of entrapment are just taken from TV...read this...Before i go to work..a true story from here in Ga. last year...sometimes it sucks to be a man.....

We have a nice married couple, after 3 kids and six years of marriage, it didnt work out so a divorce was filed. Two years later, ex-hubby (a nice outstanding caucasian lawyer) was going for a check-up. Apparently some prostate problems so a check up was dome along with semen sample. Later, the doctor comes back saying "You know that you are clinically infertile right?"........................................................................................

O.K. now hubby, wondering what the hell is going on asks for a DNA test...turns out not a single one of the three kids from that marriage are his!

So, being a lawyer, he decides to sue his wife for back alimony, as well as all previous child support payments...Unfortunately the judge not only dismisses his suit, but forces him to continue paying child support even though it has been established that the kids are not biologically his..

You see, in several states, a man can be forced to pay child support even though he is not the biological father, but since they are not his biological kids, he has no rights to visitation other than the ones that the mother allows....Sad but True. printed in the AJC last year in local section. Again this is Truth, I did not make this up...Just shows how biased the system is towards helping women and how men can be taken advantage of by an unscrupulous woman....

I mean fuck we pay taxes for pieces of shit children that are not ours every day so why not just take a bigger chunck of my check to pay for individual kids. If I'm not mistaken, they list the child's blood type along with the mom and dad's type on paperwork from hospital.

Ya just like a woman defend a fellow bitch. This fucking slut had 3 kids all not by her husband but he still pays for the other guys kids?? I suggest killing her not just because of having to pay for the fuckin kids just basically just because she is a worthless cunt and doesn't deserve to live. There i've had my say. That is a truly horrible situation yet I have to ask, would it have mattered or made any difference in this story if he wasn't a cauasian, a nice guy or a lawyer?

Yep, the law you're talking about dates all the way back to the English Common Law, before DNA testing. Since it was impossible to determine if a child was sired by the husband it was assumed as a matter of law that any child conceived during wedlock was the biological child of the husband. In this day and age it should be a rebuttable presumption but a lot of laws are outdated. For example, in many states it's illegal to have sex in any position other than missionary.

A woman gets preggers. The mans says he doesn't want it.


They could either

A.) Get an abortion. arguably not the best option because of moral issues. But still a compromise.

b.) Give the baby up for adoption. Where the child could live a happy life, and help parents who literily have to wait years for a baby.

c.) Keep the baby-and then soak the dad. Thus, ensuring the baby is raised in a broken home. This will inturn make all three parties involved bitter and angry for at least 18 years.

Well, most men would choose either a or b. As we saw yesterday all the women especially Trance thinks C is the best selection.

Once again this situation is horseshit and the guy should be allowed to have a "licence to kill" and excersise that right on his ex-wife =). Now before you balk and go NOOO DRIZZT I HATE YOU just think if it was you sitting in the position of having your spouse have someone elses baby letting you think the whole time that they were your children. Then when you find out its not you still have to pay for them even though they dont belong to you. I would just be asking where the hell are these other fathers and their child support I mean shit might as well make all the guys that she has ever slept with pay her money since she is a legal prostitue in the eyes of the law. This way she can drive a new lexus and live in a condo for doing nothing more than dropping her legs open and taking a dick. Wow what a grand country this is.

I knew a guy when I lived in California that divorced his wife (I don't know the circumstances). Anyway, the judge set alimony and child support payments HIGHER than his actual monthly income, plus he lost the house and most of the possesions, PLUS when he retires (many years active military, many years reserve) she gets HALF of his military retirement.

He actually had to go back to court to get them to lower alimony and child support to a level where he could live. No matter how hard he works for the rest of his life, he'll never be able to retire.

So men don't have any rights? What's so new about this? When has men had any rights when it comes to marriage/divorce and child support? Unfortunately those lines in Divorce American Style are so true -- she gets the house, he gets the house payments; she gets the car, he gets the car payments; she gets the uranium mine, he gets the shaft. I've had too many friends put in situations worse than that movie could have envisioned, such as lies that they mistreated their wives and kids. Snaring a man into fatherhood to guarantee a life of leisure eating candies and watching TV all day is quite some investment.

This and the original thread should put an end once and for all to all those threads wondering why some men are gay!

I would NEVER put myself in a situation where I had to depend on a man too support me OR my child..EVER!

It's sad that many women become sooooo damn dependant on men! I love my man, but sorry to say, Bri and I would do just fine without his money.Heaven forbid, if something would happen to him or us as a couple, my child and I would be just fine!

Let's face it....We do not know the entire story of this case. What if this nice, respected lawyer beat this woman every night????Would we still feel the hate for her then? Trust me, I've seen respected doctor's and lawyer's wives in the shelter I donate some time too every month. Two sides to every story people. Many stories would make the hardest man cry if he had any heart in him.

Nope, not defending her actions, cuz let's face it, we all make choices and have to live with them in the end. Heaven knows, she never thought what effect all these "choices" she made would effect her kids later in life. Sad to say, these kids are the innocents and did not ask for any of this in their life time.

I'd also like to point out that classic "Trap" that women set for men. Example:

My sister's best friend's brother had a girlfriend, she was on birth control, he was always careful, though he should have worn a condom as well. Eventually this girl went off birth control and did not tell the boyfriend. Guess what, she got pregnant, now this guy is having to work full time and go to school to pay child support for a kid he rarely gets to see.

What the hell's the matter with that girl??? Or any women who knowingly has unprotected(for birth) sex? I have to wonder if they have any brains at all. Who knows, maybe taking the pill was taking too much of a toll on her mind and body (and guys, it can do that.) and that is why she stopped, but if that was the case then she should have told him. And if she was purposely trying to to get pregnant without consulting her partner, then she shouldn't have to expect his help. Is your friend willingly helping to support this child or is she making him do this?


All I know is there must be more to these kinds of 'entrapment' stories then meets the eye. Unless you are the one doing the supposed entrapment, you will never know what the hell goes thru their minds.
