braun activator ,my dad uses it and his skin is very sensitive, they also have a new electric out with nivea for men lotion that comes out when u shave,im sure that would be good

Nothing wrong with the electric razor for a gift idea; however, if you use mach 3's for anything other than stocking stuffers you should get them thrown at you. Happy hunting.
