Imagine, your gift of $8 can feed a child for 30 DAYS! that's right, 1 meal to you is enough to feed him/her for 30 whole days!

I try to imagine why people in such living conditions have children. Do they wish to share the joy of life with them? Doesn't having a child mean 1 more mouth to feed?

More children=more support once you get older. That is sadly the philosophy a lot of people in poorer countries follow.

I didnt realize they were such a big organization (over $800 million used for their program services).
