Mëkat's sust/eq cycle log

yooooo... wus good bros..like the title says, this will be a log of my 15 week Sust 300 and EQ 250 cycle which I will start on Monday, this will also be useful for Jonnyrockit's 90 tranformation contest.

Stats
23 years old
5'6" or 7" 153 lbs
body fat I believe <5% not sure tho
been working out for about 5 years on and off.

this will be my 2nd cycle, 1st was just sust and a little tren at the end, about 3 years ago.

my goals for this cycle are just straight up lean muscle mass and strength.

Cycle layout:
Sust 300 1/2cc and EQ 250 1/2cc into same syringe injected EOD for 15 weeks. pretty self explanatory.

have Letro on hand for any gyno but I doubt I will need it as I'm not very prone to gyno, even in the last cycle when I ran tren.

PCT will be Post Cycle/Unleashed with the addition of a peptide, prolly ghrp-6 or igf 1, and also bridge for later on.

the workout regiment for the course of this cycle will be the StronLifts 5x5 with the addition of extra workouts each day, after the SL5x5. My question here is, could I do the SL5x5 program everyday instead of MWF since I'ma be juicing and muscle recovery will be faster? or would it be smarter to do SL5x5 MWF and then do an assortment of personal favorite workouts on the off days? I don't need to do any cardio since bf is already low, and I wish I had access to a pool but that's out of the question.

any comment or advice is appreciated, plz tell me if I forgot anything,

also my diet is in check, not sure the exact numbers but I can assure u I'm getting a healthy amount of food, trying to eat as much as possible and space out my meals and shakes 2 hours apart, EQ should really help me up my calorie and food intake :d

I'm really excited to start this and hope u guys are too lol, getting kinda tired of writing this shit on my phone so, peace for now fellas....
 
the 5x5 is setup the way it is for a reason, you need the down time for recovery....all that extra work is gonna have you spinning your wheels. Do the 5x5 the way it is or switch to a 4 or 5 day split is my advice.....but i'm also entering the comp so not sure if I should be giving you advice here lol :rolleyes:, jk bro....good luck in the comp

Gymjunkie..thanks for the imput and good luck in the contest..but The SL5x5 program is mostly designed for natural athletes, and only consists of two workouts (A & B). workout A is Squat/Bench/Bent Rows and workout B is Squat/OH Press/Deadlifts, im afraid that if i follow this regiment with the compounds and doses that im running i will most likely be undertraining. Once i start the cycle tho, i will be able to see how fast my body is recovering and adjust my woukout according to that.

I just did the 5x5 with my last cycle and put on about 25lbs bro...not the cleanest weight but still a good amount of mass
