Dispite a search, I can't find what I need.

I remember (at least 2yrs ago) on this site several people posting how Megaman gave them energy, so decided to get some. Problem being there are now quite a few different versions of this. Which one specifically was this?

I would assume your talking about megaman vitamins. I know they have a sport version that had a lot of B's in it I believe and some things in their that were suppose to give you some energy.

its best to get a multivitamin

and then a seperatet B complex formulation

a Stong specialty B complex formual really does help and makes you feel great.

Solgar has a good version out
