mega noob here lookin for enlightenment

ive done the deca dbol cycle 4 years ago, and that allowed me to stop being a skinny little bitch :)
last year before summer i had a pretty low body fat percentage, so i took eq winny, i got really hard and looked good, but my fathers poor genes gave me a lil something extra on my sides that is hard to get rid of.
i have a plan for the rest of the time i have before summer starts... if anyone can help me out and tweak it to my needs it would be great...
i am 6ft tall, 200 pounds, muscular but with extra baggage :(
i started goin to the gym recently and started dieting seriously again because i dont wanna go crazy a month before summer.
i do cardio for an hour a day in the morning, and lift later in the day.
i am planning on taking a clen/t3 cycle to lose some body fat, liquid clen and liquid t3, only a bottle each.
when im done with that 250 sust/week... 300 deca/week...
MONTH OFF just training on my own
followed by eq/winny/sust possibly...
any advice would be appreciated

im not looking for huge huge gains, i wanna look good, i was a big boy in high school when i played foot ball, i dont wanna look like that again, my neck gets immense... so im willing to take sust which wont give me huge gains but will allow me to keep more of them

If you do the Clen/T-3 cycle, do your TEST at the same time because T-3 is very catabolic and you want to preserve as much muscle as possible. Do about 250-500mg a week that should be plenty and as was mentioned diet is everything ans make sure to have at least 100mg or more of TEST in your blood than the DECA, your cob will thank you.

if i do the test with the t3/clen will i put on muscle as well?
and how long should i wait to run the deca/sust if i do sust with my t3/clen?
 
First off, welcome.

Now, unless you already have your goodies in hand, don't "plan" anything until you spend 30 minutes to an hour a day here for a month. Research is every bit as important as lifting, diet and cardio. During that month, get your diet nailed down and bust your ass in the gym.

You do an hour a day of cardio. . .seven days a week? I'm 41 and my metabolism has definitely slowed but, damn, an hour a day is quite a bit. I usually only do 20 to 30 minutes per day. . .period Do you want to increase your muscle size or your lung capacity? If you're not a boxer or a wrestler, why not cut back a little on the cardio and save some of your energy for the weights. . .increased muscle size = increased metabolism.

I guarantee that if you spend 30 minutes to an hour here, everyday, for the next month, you'll acquire a great deal of the knowledge that you need to achieve your goals.
 
It's all in the diet...
Up until last year, I had always blamed my "handles" on my genetics...I had them for about 38 years...I got real serious about the diet last year and I got rid of them.

You can do it if you get your mind right

Your welcome man! I agree a 100% with DIGIMON7068's post. I hope you have been training for at LEAST 6 months solid and strict before hopping on the "BEANS". Secondly he right about coming here and reading to acquire knowledge. I knew enough to be safe but after having been here for a year now I know a shit load more, in areas I never thought I would ever know.

As far as your question is concerned, I would start the AAS cycle 1st and then hit the Clen/T-3 by week 3 or 4, that will allow the TEST to kick in and muscle preservation will have begun. As far as taking a break between cycles, ideally the rule of thumb is time "off" equals time "on".

Since you should research before all this go to the post titled "The Clen/T-3 stack down low" started by PC fuzz and you will learn a shit load. You must be safe with this, I don't mean to scare you but if not done properly you will effect you thyroid for life and have to take medication to correct it the rest of your life.

Yup. Before I started hanging around here I didn't know what the hell PCT was not to mention LOL, LMAO, WTF, AIFM, etc, etc. :)

No, not a monk but, I did jump ship in Hong Kong and I made my way over to Tibet, and I get on as a looper at a golf course over in the Himalayas. A looper, you know, a caddy, a looper, a jock.
