when i 1st started lifting........that waz the only supplement i used......i stuck 2 it faithfully.......
i ate 3 mealz a day and then mega mass 2000 with milk after workout.....
i gained 35 poundz and my strenth went up drastically.......
yeah of course u can attribute it 2 just starting, but none of the other avid lifterz i trained with gained like me........ha ha they were quite mad they didnt make the gainz i did.......
