Has anyone had any experience with Medra, the company out of Malibu that provides I.V. fetal stem cell injections in the Dominican Republic?

Has anyone had any experience with Medra, the company out of Malibu that provides I.V. fetal stem cell injections in the Dominican Republic?

I looked into Medra for a condition that I have, and the director of the program, Dr. Rader, has been accused by many American physicians of fraud and unethical medical practice. I'm not saying this is true, but every expert I've ever corresponded with has said that stem cell therapy is still not effective at this point. When I spoke with them, they guaranteed me that they could cure my condition, before I really even told them much about it. I thought this was a red flag, especially since they were quick to mention the cost of their program: 25,000 US dollars, wired in advance. Personally, I'd be a little suspicious of facilities conducting unproven medical procedures in regions with very relaxed laws concerning medical ethics. I suppose it's possible that their procedure could work, but I think it's a big gamble.
