OK, I take my car for it's annual inspection. I'm not too knowledgeable about cars but I understand the basics. I can look at brake pads and tell if they are worn out and replace them. Anyway, this dumbass mechanic who supposedly inspected my car tells me that the parking brake needs work. He said "I put it in park and then pulled the parking brake as hard as I could and the wheel still moved." I asked him again if he was sure that he put the car in park first. He said he was absolutely certain. Then I had to point out that my car has a 5 speed manual transmission and that there is no parking gear on the vehicle. Keep in mind, he did this while I waited and he came to talk to me about how much they would charge immediately after he finished with my car. The look on his face was priceless. It reminded me of those airline commercials where they say "Wanna get away".
