I usually eat Chicken as my staple, but always knew I needed Red Meat every week.( I found this out when I used to do football double days)

If i dont have it at least once a week I don't feel 100%

I tried to have in everyday but felt like crap. so more is not better for me.

Anyone Else find that they need Red meat at least every so often? Every wonder why if so?

I usually eat steak every other day.. I eat tuna every day. I eat chicken and talapia on days im not eating steak.

i eat red meat everyday, ground turkey breast everyday, chicken everyday, raw sushi 1 or 2 times a week, tuna in a can 1 a week

I try to eat more than the average person just so piss of animal rights activists. And vegetarians. And vegans. Pretty much anybody stupid.

Im cutting now, though, so I mainly eat eggs.

Ya know from the title of this thread, I was expecting it to be a pick 3 thread,
but ummm... I eat meat everyday... how can you not?

I can't eat a lot of food, though I would LOVE TO.

So I eat what I want, when I want. My main staple is some sort of meat over greens.

Chicken, Fish or Beef - don't matter as long as it is not over cooked and over greens I am good to go. :)

We always have some kind of meat, 'cept for breakfast. I love red meat. I'd eat it every meal and die happily with colon cancer, but my wife limits me to every 4 or 5 days or so.....

Nah...I used to be a vicious carnivore..one of my favorite sandwiches was roast beef on a garlic hero w/cheddar cheese, a rack of bacon and smothered in brown gravy...talk about a heart attack waiting to happen.

Now I'm a vegetarian for 10 years and I don't miss meat at all...makes me sick sometimes just to see it. I feel a lot healthier.

I try to eat red mean at least 3x a day. And not that kind you gutter sleeping homo's. No offense AAp or Pick3.

Nah, but I can help you out with Morningstar Prime grillers... 1 minute on high power and listen for the beep :)

My meat habit is getting expensive. Three pounds of roast beef/beef brisket EOD and a pound and a half of New York strip M/W/F on workout days. Since switching from primarily lean protein source (chix, fish, turkey) to red meat and whole eggs my strength has gone through the roof and I am adding quite a bit of LBM. I do take papaya extract and acidodolphus with every meal to help with digestion. I need to get my cholesterol checked soon though. Last time I had it checked everything was normal.

Chicken and steak...Love it

ditto. . .i probably average about 5 ribeyes per week. . .year round. . .i'm a big fan of teh red meat and my carb-controlled lifestyle requires me to get extra fat in my diet. . .

I eat chicken every day. Went to a bbq at my brothers Friday and had some filet mignon, that shit is incredible! I don't get much red meat in my diet right now, but I do remember in the past when I was roided out and lifting I always had better workout when eating red. The longer I went without the red meat slowly the shittier my workouts got.

that pretty much the Key to this thred

It simply cant be the creatine content ( Red meat has remarked high PhosCre content)

It also is high in CLA, but there must be other reasons too why it makes such an impact

1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 clove crushed garlic (for each steak)
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
small amount of sea salt, to taste
fresh ground black pepper, to taste

In a shallow 9 X 13 inch glass dish, prepare all of the marinade ingredients. Remember, if you have more than 2 8 oz tuna steaks, you might need to adjust the ingredients to marinate. Marinate both sides (dredge steaks and get marinade on both sides). Let sit in refrigerator for 30 minutes before grilling. *Soy sauce will overpower tuna if you marinate for too long!

Light the grill while tuna is marinating. Once coals are white (30 minutes) spread them and clean the grill, then wipe with oil so steaks don't stick.

Grill for 4 minutes or less per side for 1 inch steaks, depending on how you like them. Steaks should be firm with pink in the middle. If you prefer steaks to be more rare, grilling time should be 2 1/2 minutes on each side.
