meals! here they are!

ok tell me if im eating good on my cycle which is 500mgs of sust and 30mgs of dbol.

1) Metrex protein shake with 2 glasses of 2% milk and 1 banana and tsp of flax seed oil
2) PRo42 bar(410 cals 42 grams of protein) and a banana
3) 4 cheeseburgers from mcdonalds (yummy)
4) post workout meal protein shake eith banana and flax seed oil
5) 12 oz steak and steamed zuchini
6) protein shake with banana and flax seed oil

Is this getting better! or do i need more?
 
no no, thats what i ate today i stopped at mcdonalds cause i was lagging on my cals! I go there maybe once a week max.
 
it looks ok man, but it all depends on how much u weigh and how much u are expecting to gain.
i'd drop a shake or 2 and add in some more real food.
 
Yeah! I usually gobble down 3-4 chicken breasts 3 times a wk....McDonalds don't cut it!!!use the shakes as in between meals snacks...and eat some quality foods turkey-tuna.etc.....RADAR
 
def gotta get some more real food in there bro, not mcdonalds either.
 
okay thanks guys im working on it im at the end of week 3 and my appetite is getting better i hope to see some good gains
 
Here's a typical day for me:

1- Bowl of oatmeal, 5 egg whites, glass milk, OJ
2- Protein shake, yogurt or sandwich
3- Chicken breast, potatoes, steamed veggies
4- Protein shake w/ flax
5- Pasta w/ turkey meat & tomatoe sauce, veggies
6- Sandwich, fruit
7- Protein shake w/ fruit
 
how many grams of protein and cals are in that? yeah im gonna try like eggs in the mourning with my shake and maybe some turkey sandwhiches!
 
I used to really stick to calorie intake and breaking up my meals to make sure I get everything right. Now I listen to my body. I eat when I'm hungry and I make sure to get lots of protein. Approx. 300g protein a day. Lots of meat on those sandwiches, 40g protein shakes and most times I eat 2 chicken breasts a day.
