king, don't do the zott presses as a maximum effort exercise, they're definately an accessory better suited to more reps.
 
-clean and press---------- up to 1rm------------175lb
-zott press-----------up to 2rm-----25lb db...couldnt lock out 2nd one b4 stood up..(these were hard and fun)
-inc press------3 x 6-----165lbs
-yates rows----3 x 8----w/135lbs
-face down shrugs----4 x 5 w/75lb db's
-rolling ext-----4 x 8 w/25lb db

yes it was...kinda awkward...and thanks zander...didnt realize that...next time itll be accessory w/clean and press and floor press as me moves

That'd be much more appropriate, especially since you said your sticking point was similar to mine on the bench.

I'd consider doing zott presses on a lower body day (though they're really a total body exercise?!) and maybe hang snatches or something on upper?
 
i think im gonna stick w/the clean and presses for a few weeks and ill leave the 1st me move as an ohp for a good while till my ohp is up to par.
