good workout today, had to bull head my way threw a 50lb pr on the rev band floor press.
Rev Band Floor Press - (using average band) - 365 x 0. 365 x 0. 365 x 1. (50lb pr) trinity grabbed it too soon on the first one, i lowered too low on the 2nd one, and i kicked the 3rd one's ass.
Incline 2 Board Band Press - 155 x 3 plus mini band double choked
lying barbell ext - 95 x 6 x 10.
tricep pressdowns - 100lb x 3 x 10.
standing bb strict press - 65lb for 3 x 15.
went home and had a steak from lonestar after watching Cheesecake get another tatoo.
