people in my gym always freak and drop thier weights and run over to try and help me out. they think that because of her being a 130lb girl that she cant lift it.
if im going for a max bench press with 315. and i dont get it. now im a powerlifter so i dont load up 50 extra lbs i cant do and expect my spotter to get it. so say i miss the 315. i probably only miss it by 15 lbs. so im pushing with 300lbs of pressure. trinity only has to pull up 15lbs.
so nick........ be nice. when you dont get the weight. let her get into position and say 1-2-3 and push hard again. and you wont have any problems.
