First off I wanna say to all fellow Elite members that I am sorry for bien arrogant, cocky and putting down Debaser. Even though he may get on peoples nerves, I have learned that its just the way he is, and he trys hard to help others. I think we all need to get to know eachother better. We may not all agree on things but we end up learning alot from eachother in the long run.

Log Press- 210x3x3 (Fucking hard, but I banged out 3 on all 3 sets!!!)

Hang Pulls-185x3x3

CG Incline Press-185x3x5

BW Shoulder Width Chins-5x3 (getting easier :) )

Static holds 185- 2x@35 sec


A good day!!!! I feel like im gettting stronger in the OHP area!!!
 
I felt uncomfortable bringing the bar down to my chest with a CG. Now if i had my index or pinkie on the rings then I would have went all the way down. I just wanted to go 90 degrees to work the triceps a little more, It also felt like I had to pull the bar to my chest if I wanted to touch it. (flexibility issues)
 
One thing I noticed about your incline is that you lower it with your elbows in but as you press the flare out more and more. Now if you want that then fine but if your trying to isolate your tries maybe drop the weight and focus on keeping them closer.

thats another thing im debating on, wether to keep my elbows out all the time or just keep them in...either way i feel it in my tris.

But you are coming along well with the log press. 210x3x3 is VERY solid in my book.

I don't have a chance to watch the videos right now, I am at work... are you jerking at all or are they push presses?

I would have a VERY hard time matching that on a push press. If you want a huge overhead... learn the split jerk man, it is the secret to my success :)
 
Looks good man. Quicker leg drive is needed though. Quick dips...quick.

I can't get the empty bar to touch my chest on inclines...even with pinkies on the rings.
