got a pinched nerve in my neck, makes me look like frankenstein looking left and right. so i skipped both my D.E. days and rubbed some capsian on there and went ahead today anyways.
Snatch - 155...... my form really sucks on these too......lol 20lb PR.
Pin gm's...... need some chalk on my back i kept loosing the bar. 455 x 1. 50lb pr....however i was supposed to be going for 3, but the bar kept slipping and rolling onto my neck. with chalk on my back i would have gotten it.
4 inch rack pulls - 315 x 6 x 8.
1 leg situps - 3 x 12.(6 each leg)
pulldown abs - 150 x 3 x 15.
hyper ext - bdy x 3 x 8.
depth jumps - 1 x 8......(ouch)
