Felt good. Seven weeks ago I did GM 1RM without the bands at 185.

Cuthbert's right. Progress feels good.

Everybody in the gym was watching us with the bands tonight. I got to be quite comical actual. The biggest guy in the gym stopped what he was doing and watched a couple of my GM sets. I felt really pumped after that.

They felt great. I don't know if you are like me, but with regular GM, the hardest part is getting low enough.

Well, the bands take that part out of the equation, because they are going to get you up from the bottom. You just have to push against the resistance to get there.

Oh, and that music was from a band called Hospital.

for a minute i thought you might have made the mistake of doing rev band zercher's............. becuase i thought 205 for 3 sounds too hard for you plus the bands...........

well i'll eat my words now: :chomp: :chomp: :chomp:

good work bud im proud of you. now think your up to doing 205 for 3 band zercher........ last cycle, you could only do 185 for 3 with no bands.

you just my be endangering the 365 for squat next time you max........ i would actually think even more.

Yeah, but my lower back is bothering me today.

I don't think it ever fully recovered from Saturday and then the ME Good Mornings did a number on it yesterday.

It's just a little tight. I got puttinbuttin to massage the heck out of it earlier, so it feels a little better.

We probably should have taken this week off, but oh well.
