well i was sick with sinus' but i went to the gym anyway and set 2 big pr's.
Rev Band GM (using strongband) - 455 x 1. PR.
Zercher Squat w/Bands (light band choked) 315 x 3.
snatch grip hyper ext - 90 x 3 x 8.
bent leg pull thru's - 150 x 3 x 10.
ab wheel - 3 x 8.
didn't do any events, becuase i felt like crap on a stick. but it was cool that cheesecake and puttinbuttin came to watch and cheer us on.
