partial(15") sumo dead--- up to 1rm- 432lbs (1st time sumo's for me so its a pr)
Gm squat (also a 1st) 3 sets 3 135lb, 185lb, and 225lb(didnt go heavy or max)
calf raises- 5 sets 5 135 up to 315lbs
--conan wheel--couple single turns w/light wt. then 2turn 375l and 1/2 turn w/465lb(pr. but i know i couldve gotten farther)
--keg toss--tried it for 7-10 throws and got aprox 10ft
--thick bar(2") holds w/225lb
--ivanko gripper
--stones-- got 190lb to high platform 2 times and loaded a 230 and 245lb for a single.(i was happy w/the 245 but i still need to throw that 190 up there w/one motion w/o havin to push it over.

had a pretty decent day..i liked the sumo deads and the gmsquats alot and i feel like my form was ok.
