440 x 1 (bit silly, but it was fun and the most weight I've ever used on anything :))

Dimel Deadlifts (tried to f$%k the bar, but I think I need more practice :D)
176 x 5 x 2 sets
220 x 5 x 2 sets

Zott Presses (not getting any easier!)
11 x 10 x 2 sets

Plate Drags (did like them a side lunge but dragging the plate along the floor)
22 x 10/side

Full ROM Situps
22 x 10 x 2 sets

I don't feel like I did much, even though looking back, it was a fairly productive ~45 minutes.
 
nice rack deads man. how'd ya like the zott presses and dimmels? i loved both..especially dimels. done em today and they killed my lower back.

Because I'd already gone quite heavy on the GMs and I pretty much knew 440 x 1 would be in the bag (even though I only just got it). It would've been more sensible to go for a 3RM instead, because the 396 wasn't quite there.

king, the dimels hit my lower back more than I thought they would. I was expecting them to be more of a glute and hamstring exercise. Either way, I need a lot of lower back, glute and hamstring work, so I won't complain. It just means I'll try and hit my hamstrings a lot harder on DE Lower this week.
 
I just caused some serious damage to a Bavarian buffet, including two massive mugs of beer.

The roast meat, chicken and seafood (especially prawns) took the biggest beating. I hit them so hard that desert ended up being neglected more so that I would've liked. The fact Wendy and I spent double the time at dinner than we usually would did say a lot about the quantity of what WE (she SWAINED too!) ate though.

I expect to weigh in at 190 tomorrow on the back of this performance.

the workout with weights is nothing compared to the intensive eating routine, forced reps with food:p

They were forced reps indeed :D

Just stepped onto the scales at 190, first thing this morning.

Still hovering between 188 and 190, so it wasn't much bloat at all.

Chowed down on a couple of 1/4 pounders for lunch, DE Upper tonight and my last ever game of indoor soccer tomorrow. I'll go out with a bang :D
 
Do you guys always do deads on lower day? I thought they were more of an upper day exercise, especially partials off the rack.
 
yes deads is a lower exercise. u could do speed deads on de day or deads or rack deads on me day or even sldl..but yea i wouldnt think you'd wanna put it on upper day.
