Good Mornings
Rack Deads
Hamstring curls
Back extensions
Side bends
Crunches


I was on a set of rack pulls with 605x4 and i finish the set put the bar down and RIIIIIIIIIIP. Tore two calluses right off my right hand wtf!!!!!!!!!! :mad: How can I preven this in the future!?

You cant really prevent it....It will callouse up even harder now.

Nice looking workout.
 
yea..that's the fun part!!! there's no way to prevent that shit other than strengthening your grip brotha!! tb
