Me leg workout. Help please

Here's mine if that helps, I'm actually improving every week so far by being able to add more plates to the bar, boy are my legs sore today.

squats 5x9 70% of 1rm
leg press 3x10 (10 45lb plates+)
stiff legged dead lifts 4x8
Leg Curls 1x20 (light) then 2x10 (heavy)
stretch
Sprint 350 yards 100% speed

Do it on Saturday have protein drink 3-4 hours before.........


Warm up with Lunges walk the length of your gym (Wall to Wall) or just go out to the parking Lot...heh..heh
