I started doing hang cleans 2 weeks ago. Problem, my cuff hurt like a mofo after.
I don squat down much to meet the bar, and my elbows stay in. I really have no clue what the hell to do, except bring the bar to my chest. Anybody have some good links. I know it wold be hard to see what Im doing w/o a vid.
