Max-ot

I tried it for about four weeks just for fun.... Um its hard to say what you could get out of it ... different things work for different people. The biggest problem I had with it was frequency. If u are planning on using AS then I would jus try to progressively increase the weight you are using each and every workout. If you are eating enough you should be fine... but... there are much more efficent ways to train.

Thanks for the advice! I personally think that using the Max-Ot method is too harsh on your joints. I'm sure there are other better ways to train. I still follow Chris Aceto's training techniques which are great. I also think that you need to schock your muscles every now and then to get them to respond. I would think that a good training regime is to goo heavy for six weeks (5 - 8 reps range), and then light (8-12 reps).
Do you know of any better training technique?
